There are three basic methods to get Farmville cash. Let's see what we can do to get that SO necessary Farmville cash to buy cool stuff:

The first option you have and that goes along with your game play is whenever you rise up a XP Level, you will earn One Farmville Cash. When you win a Ribbon you also win One Farmville Cash and you can do this by completing different objectives and milestones.

The second option you have available is to buy Farm cash with Real money' You can buy the cheapest option, 25 Farm cash for $5, going up to the most expensive: 240 Farm cash for $20. If you are ok with spending money with the game, then this is a good option. Be careful, there are also rumors that some people bought Farm cash and never received it.

Then, you have as a last option going to your Farmville screen and select 'œAdd Farm Coins and Cash' and scroll down to the offers. You can complete the offers where you buy something or the free ones, and then you just need to fill out your information and skip a bunch of optional offers. When you skipped offers for about 2 to 3 minutes you arrived to the final page of the offers and you can close it because it is completed, unless the page gives you additional indications.

If after 24 hours you still didn't received you Farm cash, go to the 'œAdd Farm Coins e Cash' tab on Farmville and submit a ticket by clicking on 'œCheck Offer Status' link (on the free tab). This shows you if your offers are completed and allows you to submit a ticket. You can fill in your real or fake personal information because it doesn't really matter and these offers will send you tons of Spam, but they do really award you the Farm cash.

It's recommended to use fake information, just to avoid getting annoyed by those unpleasant Spam messages.
